What you'll make
Personalised laser-cut keychains with custom text, shape, and keyring hole — with optional batch mode for multiple names at once.
Step 1 — Choose a keychain shape
Select from rectangle, oval, tag, heart, or custom outline shapes. The shape defines the outer cut boundary of the keychain.
Step 2 — Set dimensions
Enter width and height in mm. Typical keychains are 40–60 mm wide. 3–4 mm acrylic or wood is common.
Step 3 — Add the keyring hole
Enable the keyring hole and set its diameter (usually 5–6 mm). Position it at the top or side of the design.
Step 4 — Type your text
Enter the name or text to engrave. Choose a font, size, and position. Use a script font for a premium look.
Step 5 — Adjust padding and border
Set the padding between the text and the keychain edge. Add an optional decorative border inside the outer cut line.
Step 6 — Batch export
In Pro mode, paste a list of names (one per line) to generate all keychains at once. The tool nests them automatically on one or more sheets.
Pro tips
Tip 1: Acrylic keychains look great with a filled-outline style — engrave the name and cut the shape on a coloured sheet.
Tip 2: For wood, seal with oil or wax after cutting to prevent the text area from darkening over time.
