LaserFilesPro Affiliate Program Terms

1. Acceptance
By applying to and participating in the LaserFilesPro Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate.
2. Approval Required
Participation in the Program requires manual approval by LaserFilesPro. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
3. Commissions
Approved affiliates earn commissions on eligible purchases made by users referred through their unique referral link. Commission rates are set by LaserFilesPro and are visible in your affiliate dashboard after approval. Commissions start as "pending" and are reviewed before being marked "approved" and eligible for payout.
Commissions are not recurring. This program covers one-time shop purchase commissions only.
4. Payouts
Payouts are processed manually. LaserFilesPro does not use automated payout systems. To request a payout, contact us once your approved commission balance meets the minimum payout threshold. LaserFilesPro reserves the right to set and change the minimum payout amount.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all commissions:
- Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or posts promoting your affiliate link.
- Misleading claims: Making false or exaggerated claims about LaserFilesPro products.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be LaserFilesPro or affiliated with the company in an official capacity.
- Branded keyword bidding: Running paid ads targeting "LaserFilesPro" or similar branded terms without prior written approval.
- Cookie stuffing: Using automated or deceptive techniques to place referral cookies without genuine user interaction.
- Fake signups: Creating or encouraging fraudulent accounts to generate commissions.
- Self-referrals: Using your own referral link to purchase products or sign up for your own account.
- Unauthorized discounts: Offering discounts, cashback, or incentives to referred users without written approval.
- Incentivized clicks: Paying or incentivizing users to click your referral link without disclosing this clearly.
6. Fraud and Refunds
Commissions may be reversed or rejected if the associated order is refunded, disputed, or found to be fraudulent. LaserFilesPro reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and withhold or claw back commissions as appropriate.
7. Suspension and Termination
LaserFilesPro may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at its sole discretion. Pending and unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon termination for policy violations.
8. Changes to the Program
LaserFilesPro reserves the right to change commission rates, payout thresholds, cookie durations, and other program terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Relationship
Affiliates are independent promoters and are not employees, agents, or partners of LaserFilesPro. You are responsible for your own taxes on any commissions earned.
10. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting LaserFilesPro in any content, in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., FTC guidelines, YouTube disclosure requirements).
